One arrested for raping, infecting 16 year old with HIV as Children set mother on fire
The police in Buwama have arrested a 24 year old man identified as Buyungo Ronald resident of Buwama LC 1 in Mpigi district for defiling a 16 year old girl, impregnating and infecting her with HIV/AIDS.
