On Tuesday, the speaker of Parliament, Anita Among ordered authorities to stop the Nyege Nyege festival scheduled this month at Itanda falls in Jinja. She alleged that the event promotes immorality.

Her decision was overruled by the Prime Minister, Hon. Robina Nabbanja. She said the event should proceed with guidelines since it promotes tourism.
Well, NTV Presenter Dagy Nyce has now asked Anita Among to be his date so that she can witness what happens there first hand.
“I want you to come for Nyege Nyege and see what happens. I also want you to be my date because you are beautiful,” Dagy Nyce said on his daily show, NTV The Beat.
