Minister for Relief and Disaster Preparedness, Hon Hillary Onek is said set to take legal action on singer Jose Chamelone after he failed to perform at Booma Hotel in Gulu which he (Onek) owns.
According to Chimp Reports, the singer was paid millions of shillings to perform at the VIP event only not to show up which prompted the guests who had parted with shs 50,000 to fight hence ending up smashing and breaking chairs, and other hotel property.
Well the singer who of recent has revived his old habit of getting money and not perform may not survive this time round as there is also another Tanzanian company that has threatened to sue him for breach of contract after he refused to go and pick the remaining balance so that he is officially booked to perform.
