Shrekeezy,born Simon Njoroge was a Kenyan PR,Digital brand strategist,Rapper and a Radio act amongst a number of other things is dead.
Shrekeezy was the perfect version of a free spirit.He lived 100% before passing on, on the fateful morning of Saturday 29th August 2015.Shrekeezy decided to take a boat ride from Whitesands Hotel to Mbundya island in Dar Tanzania before drowning.
Before dying,Shreekezy posted a photo of the same island that took his life away.As a matter of fact the caption was a little bit chilly;
“The boat ride from #WhiteSandsHotel to #MbundyaIsland is the scariest thing I’ve experienced in a long time,But here……..#TanzaniaDay8.
His body went missing after the ordeal but was found after a 3-day-search.
There’s an ongoing fundraising that is raising money to bring his body from Tanzania to his Nakuru home for his final sendoff.
Shrekeezy was one of the few artistes who did a collabo with Roberto of Amarula hit song.
RIP Shrekeezy.
