Google is now king in the Facebook family.

Mark Zuckerberg's sister Arielle found out on Tuesday that she's now officially a Google employee, after the tech giant acquired the company where she works.

Arielle Zuckerberg, the youngest sibling of Facebook’s founder and CEO, works as a product manager at Wildfire Interactive, a social media ad firm that helps businesses advertises on sites like her brother's.

Google announced the acquisition in a blog post Tuesday, saying "we're happy to share that the Wildfire team will be joining Google."

There was no immediate comment on how many of those employees will be making the jump, but Arielle Zuckerberg confirmed she would be one of them in a post on Facebook - and hinted the move might cause some sibling rivalry.

"Not gonna lie ... This feels pretty awkward," she wrote after the news was announced, revealing she was on a trip to Israel when she got the news.

Her sister Randi, who led Facebook's marketing and social team until 2011, shared the same sentiment, tweeting, "There are officially now more Zuckerberg family members working for Google than Facebook! #awkward."

Arielle Zuckerberg, the youngest of four, graduated from Southern California's Claremont McKenna College in May 2011.

Mark Zuckerberg reportedly tried to get Arielle to work for him, according to Business Insider, but she went her own way and started working at Wildfire Interactive in June.

"I can't wait to start," she wrote on her blog at the time, "and reinforce the Zuckerberg stronghold in Silicon Valley!"

In addition to choosing an independent career path, she's also expressed her opinions about Facebook publicly, posting both praise and criticism of the social network's redesign on her blog last year.

The other Zuckerberg relative to cross over to the Google side is the Mark's oldest sister Donna's husband Harry Schmidt, according to Business Insider, who reported he too works for Wildfire as a product strategist. Randi is apparently staying off both teams at the moment - she's busy working on her newly launched social-media firm, producing a reality TV series for Bravo profiling the lives of young entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley and being a new mom.

The other immediate family members can likely be ruled out from picking sides down the line as well - Zuckerberg's father is a dentist and his mother is a licensed but non-practicing psychiatrist. Donnna, is reportedly a Ph.D. candidate at Princeton and runs a food blog,
