Even as the government works hard to enforce the rule banning the use of corporal punishment in schools, it appears some inhuman teachers are hell bent on inflicting as much pain as they can before being nabbed.
Just a few months after incidents of brutal punishments went viral, a teacher in Uasin Gishu has left a 13 year old boy with ghastly wounds all over the body. The teacher identified in the video as David was punishing the 13 year old boy Samuel after it was reported that he had written a letter to a girl in the class.
The teacher took a wire cable and descended on the boy lashing just about every inch of his body and still followed up the punishment with kicks and blows. It was only when the young man started bleeding that the teacher stopped leaving the young boy to report to the head teacher.
However, the head-teacher opted for a silent resolution of the matter getting a nurse in the school to attend to the wounded boy. The parent however learnt of the issue when the boy got home and took the matter s to the police
