Nabawanuka Harriet is a celebrated based Ugandan artist.Born in Mubende in 1991 to Namwanje Hadijah and Twahiirwa Kamadi,Nabawanuka got exposed to the stage name as Vannesa Harriet and the audience at the age of nine years,singing in a church choir.
Nabawanuka Harriet went Kirumbi primary school for her primary,Busuubizi secondary for her o,level St.Mugagga secondary school for A,level and eventually Busuubizi primary teacher's college and graduated as ateacher.
