I am Owakubariho Oscar Boban, born 14th October 1979. I went to Kitante Primary School from 1986 to 1992 before proceeding to St. Henry’s College, Kitovu, Masaka for my O-level from 1993 to1997. I then joined Kyambogo College School for my A level from 1998 to 1999 before pursuing (LLB) Hons degree at Uganda Christian University, Mukono from 2000 to 2004. Currently, my last stop of my academic journey is Law Development Centre where I attained a Diploma in Legal Practice (Dip. Lp) in 2005. I am an evangelist by calling who has a passion for praying, singing, comedy, helping the needy, fighting for the rights of the oppressed and preaching the gospel to the whole creation. I go by the stage name of Toll Oscar. I look forward to relating with you. God bless you.
