Rocky UG is the founder of Raka Ent luo music UG he is a song writer, producer and a video director. Rocky UG is a Talented artist from Northern Uganda and he is a bonafied of Dokolo Northern Uganda. The artist sings both danchall and gospel music who was born in 1995. He has worked with many different organisations, school and otherwise institutions as Technical School Registrar.
