Rizik is a dance all Rnb artist and his real names are kagumya Muhammad who was born in mbale district in the Eastern region of Uganda. He was raised by a Moslem family and he went through schools like Mbale as. After his senior one he shifted to mpigi kibibi secondary school for his A level studies and this is where his music journey started when he joined a dancer group and started adopting the music character.After his secondary studies he joined makerere university business school but he could study both business studies and at the same time do music and after his university he chose to join music fully because he was very much interested in it
