Born Ssekandi Abraham,18 April 1996.Went to MacKinnon Rd. Kindergarten, Kampala nursery, Mugwanya Preparatory School and City Parents School for his primary education. Proceeded to Kings College Budo for O'level,Lubiri SS for A'level and finally Makerere University Business School where he is currently persuing a bachelor's degree in transport &logistics mgt.

Prone Ounce is a raggae dancehall artist who got most of his inspiration from Jamaican music (artists such as Sean Paul,Vybz Kartel, Popcaan),Afro pop and other genres.He started writing lyrics in high school (senior five) but didn't record any music till 2014 when he recorded his maiden track at a certain studio in Kabalagala. Later on moved to Dizzy Dust Records(located in Kiwatule) in 2015 where he is still recording to date.

Prone Ounce was also signed to "ArrowBoy Entertainment" which is the label handling his music.
