Mpiima Johnson (born, 12 December 1995) is a Ugandan Singer, Songwriter, Actor, Editor,
Producer signed under MPM Media Ltd since 2020.
He's Genre includes Afro pop, raga and Dancehall in Luganda and English.
Early Life and Education
Mpiima Johnson was born in a town known as Namasuba along Entebbe in Uganda. He was
raised by his mother (Namale Hafswa) and support from his grandma (Mangadalena Naku) who
died in September 2022.
Mpiima Johnson attended View primary school from 2001 to 2007 and joined secondary school
known as Aiden college located in Kampala the largest city in Uganda and later after his A-
Level, He on proceeded to Makerere University from where he earned his Bachelor's degree in
communication technology.
Career
Mpiima Johnson started Music Professional at the age of 25 years in 2020 after changing the
theme of being an Actor, Editor and Director in skits, Stage Performances and Comedy Videos.
He broke through with his debut singles, "Tek You Out". The song "Awana Love" was his first
collaboration with T-RYMZ, and was released in March. His first concert took place at Mukono
Bulika Show grounds year 2023 organized by MPM Media Record Label.
