Lockean Beats Pro [Royco] Originally born as Adrian Akatwijuka  in Buyanja sub-County Rukungiri District in South Western Uganda.He is a male Ugandan music Producer regarded as one of the best music producer in Uganda.

He is well known for his platinum hits songs with Uganda's popular music artistes.

Lockean Beats Pro was born in 1998 in Rukungiri District where he lived with his parents starting with his primary Education.

Lockean Beats Pro is a Munyankole  tribe with origin Kigezi Region.

Producer Lockean Beats studied primary Education in Uganda finishing primay leaving Examinations at Katungu Primary school.

He later joined St Gerald's SS Nyakibale for O' Level Education where he acquired UNEB .He further joined music Production where he studied informally taught and natured by Producer Bigrock and Producer Alex who introduced him to his love for music Production.

Lockean Beats Pro started music in 2017 as a recording  music artist as Mahre Elez Ug stage Name where he learnt music from and had gone making music.

He started studying Frooty loops as a music production software then Logic which he learnt from wamax Pro.

He started as a leading best music producer in 2018 at MABZ Records where he worked on a number of hit songs for some of western music artist.

He later joined Massive records [The Home Of Sounds] Mbarara City so far the best music recording studio in western Uganda and Country wide atlarge.

He is the C.E.O at SoundCity Entertainment.
