John Patrick katende he was born on 7th of November 1990 and he is from lwengo district. He went to kimwanyi primary school from there he went to st Charles lwanga kasasa for his secondary level from there to nkumba university.

He joined music/entertainment  in his primary three that's when he joined the school's choir,church choir. he was much more inspired by his mother who used to be lead the church choir. 

In 2012 during his university, he joined CACEMCHO (The Catholic centenary memorial choir)a Choir which developed his music skills at Christ The King Church in Kampala. From there he joined SECRET HEART RUBAGA CATHEDRAL CHOIR as a music director/trainer.

Still around 2013, he joined Ebonies Uganda as a vocalist 

It was just recently in 2016, that's when he released he first song  MWANA GWE and it a song which was liked and got into people's ears in Uganda and across uganda.

On 23rd april 2017, he released his other new song titled ONDAZEKO.
