Born 15th November 1993, Kaganzi Karl Adams also known as GANZI is a young, enthusiastic and talented artist/rapper from Kampala, Uganda based in Shanghai, China. Emerging on the music scene in the year 2016, he is part of an American music group known as “Nimbus League” which has showed rapid growth in the last couple of months with a number of catchy tracks released on the China scene that have showed a lot of positive responsiveness so far.
GANZI was inspired to make music by mentor and friend JayEsGee who featured him on his mix tape, “The Days Before Tomorrow” on tracks “Blow Trees” and “New Kid On The Block II”. Since then this artist has developed a readiness to work on more music content which he so plans to market internationally and also push locally on the Ugandan music scene.
Some of the international platforms, GANZI has performed at so far was The Myth Festival which happened early May 2016 where he alongside Nimbus League was the opener for famous American DJ, Diplo. Also he opened for a famous Kazakhstan music group, Da Gudda Jazz at Mao Live House sometime around late March 2016.
Future holds greatness for this cool cat as he plans to season the industry with his own flavor of music as it is inspired by a number of music genres. You name it; GANZI enjoys the likes of Hip-hop, Grime, Dancehall and Trap music.
