She is a former Tusker Project Fame Contender from 2011.
Started singing, performing and participating in church talent
searches at the tender age of ten.
At primary school level she was composing songs and developed a keen interest in poetry to the extent of participating and winning in several national competitions.

Brenda Birungi best musicians have always been Alicia Keys and Mafikizolo.
