Etienne B (born 1 January), better known by his stage name A.T.M JEFF, is a singer-songwriter, from Burundi signed with the record label Dollars Entertainment.

He is known for his singles "Love you", "Under 18" and " Where Is My Daddy".  He released his debut Single Love you in 2010. Jeff was born to a Burundian musical family. He grew up in Kasulu in a small town Tanzania.

First Single “LOVE YOU” Featuring G-Marl Jamal the song was everywhere around the country, which made Jeff popular in Australia.His single "Where is my Daddy" won an award as the "Song of the year" at the Afro-Australia Music & Movie Awards  where Timomatic won an award as the "Artist of the year" And Vivica Fox as the "Actress of the year". 

Miracle also won as "Best Rap Artist. Jeff is one of the African Australia  artist to hit over 23,000 fans on his Facebook page, is also the youngest popular African Australia artist that is live in Australia.
