The Serena Hotel based NTV Florence Naluyimba is reportedly said to have quit the station. Florence, who is one of the best health reporters Uganda has ever graced, is said to have handed in her resignation letter a few weeks back.
However, sources from NTV indicate that Florence has been given a scholarship by the NTV management to do more further studies abroad. She will be leaving for the prestigious ‘The London School of Economics and Political Science-LSE’, based in London, UK. She has enrolled for an MSC in Population & Development.
Naluyimba is an award winning scribe in her department having won three awards in a row on covering Population and Development stories.
