Hellen Lukoma Wears a See-Through Dress At HMA

Wow. Just wow. That's the only reaction I can muster to this photo of Lukoma taken at tonight's HMA awards show at Wonder World Auditorium Kansanga. This is the 3rd time HiPipo Music Awards have been held in Uganda -- Dresses like that of Hellen Lukoma make the night one to remember.

Of course, when you are Lukoma [a fashion designer] this is how you show up for such an event ... even when there's no award you're picking.
