Sheila Gashumba Wants Boyfriend's Father to be Considered for the Position of Uganda Cranes Coach
The President of FUFA, Moses Magogo, announced the dismissal of Micho Sredojevic as the Uganda Cranes Coach on Thursday.
Upon hearing the news of Micho's sacking, media personality Sheila Gashumba suggested Kabuye Patrick as a potential candidate for the next Uganda Cranes Coach. Kabuye Patrick is, coincidentally, the father of her boyfriend, Rickman.
"They should consider a Ugandan Coach for the position. I believe Mr. Kabuye Patrick would excel in this role. He holds a UEFA Category A license, which qualifies him to handle professional European teams, so why not the Uganda Cranes?" she tweeted.
However, social media users criticized Gashumba for seemingly suggesting that the Uganda Cranes coaching position should be treated like a family affair, with her boyfriend's father taking over as the coach.
