Rema Namakula is issuing a firm warning to people who refer to her close friend, Evelyn Namulondo, an actress from the Ebonies theater group, as her "handbag."
The two have developed an inseparable bond, attending every event together. It's become a common sight that wherever Namulondo is, Rema is sure to follow. This camaraderie has even extended to their families, as Namulondo is frequently seen in pictures with Rema's own family.
Addressing the issue head-on, Rema took to a video appearance with the boy singing group B2C and Evelyn Namulondo on July 24.
She used this platform to make her stance clear, stating,
"Please stop calling Evelyn Namulondo my handbag. She is my friend, and we have known each other for a long period of time." Emphasizing the depth of their bond, she added, "That's why you keep seeing us together. We became sisters because of our deep friendship. She knows my secrets, and I know hers too."
