Tycoon Lwasa has been behind bars for two consecutive days and it seems his problems are far from being solved.
His ex-wife Angels says Lwasa lives a fake life. He finds peace and hope in fake dollars.
She claims that on her birthday this year, the city tycoon gifted her with fake dollars and she narrowly survived being arrested. It's s one of the reasons she left the Masaka tycoon's house.
"He is a fake master who finds pleasure in faking life. He even gifted me with fake dollars on my birthday. That money you see in the video was fake," she partly said in an interview with local television.
Lwasa was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly forging the signature of the acting Director for Geological survey and mines (Ag. D/GSM), Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development, Mrs. Alaba Agnes, and that of Ms. Grace Lajwe, the Principal Chemist Directorate of Geological survey and mines (DGSM) in his fraudulent transactions using his two companies.
