Socialite Olim Charles aka Sipapa is untouchable and he is even feared by top cops. However, things might turn rough for him since the Police has issued a directive to impound his vehicles.
According to the Police spokesperson, Fred Enanga, the Inspector General of Police Okoth Martin Ochola has directed the Traffic Police Director to impound vehicles belonging to Sipapa for becoming a menace on the road.
"The matter was brought to the attention of Inspector General of Police. It has been well accepted and instructions to the police Traffic and Road Safety Director to ensure that the vehicle is traced wherever it is," Enanga as quoted by a local website.
Sipapa has on several occasions been accused of knocking and bullying other users off the road.
Over the weekend, Sipapa allegedly knocked and scratched someone's car off the road and later threatened to shoot him something which has since steered a debate on social media.
