Musician Tracy Kirabo commonly known as Pia Pounds was slated to perform in London, the United Kingdom on New Year's Day.
However, the “Tupaate” hitmaker did not appear and perform at the show organized by Richmond Promotions.
The organizers say they are planning to sue her for failing to perform despite getting fully paid, and getting a travel ticket.
Richmond Promotions' spokesperson told the press that Pia Pounds will be served an intention to sue letter for not respecting the booking, yet she was given everything she needed.
Pia Pounds through her social media platforms denied the allegations by claiming she was never fully paid, and the promoter did not meet other obligations as agreed.
She also vowed to sue the promoter for defamation.
