Musician Serena Bata had a bad experience dating socialite Charles Obalim commonly known as Sipapa. Even though he gave her the life she wanted, Serena Bata says she was often disrespected because she didn’t have money.
Serena has been without a man for two years, according to her admission. She says she will only go back to the dating scene when she is financially stable as this puts her in a better position in the relationship.
“It will take me time to date again. I have to do a lot of things, be at a certain level, then I consider dating," she narrates in an interview.
She adds that depending on Sipapa for everything was a mistake that she doesn’t want to repeat.
