NTV T–Nation presenter Crysto Panda is known for two things – emceeing teens’ events and singing about social media trends.

With last week’s announcement that Uganda agreed to temporarily host 2,000 Afghan refugees at the request of the United States, fast-rising rapper Buka Chimey has warned fellow singer Crysto Panda to stay away from singing about Afghan refugees.

“Lyrically, I am mature. My production team is powerful than his but I won't be singing about Afghan refugees. Cryto Panda should drop the idea of jumping on catchphrases. I am telling him because I am tired of conflicts. My "Ebiluma abayaye" song brought problems. If he hadn't been rescued by Ssuna Ben, that song wouldn't have been a flop,” he explained.

Meanwhile, Cryto Panda has responded to Buka Chimey branding him as a forever upcoming rapper. He cautioned him to stop using his name for cheap popularity.

"I don't know what's wrong with everyone in this music industry. They can't do something without dragging another person into their work. I’m sorry, I won't give him my attention,” he said in a telephone interview.

It should be noted that the two exchanged words over the tagline "Ebiluma abayaye".They both released a song with the same title in 2020.

Buka Chimey explained that he was the first artist to compose a song out of the slogan which Crysto Panda also jumped on later and dropped a hit out of the slang.

Buka Chimney even accused him of paying DJs and media houses not to play his version of the song.
