Musician Jose Chameleone clashed with URA officials after he failed to produce documents for his Toyota Land cruiser V8 which was later impounded and it's parked at URA headquarters in Nakawa.
According to sources, Chameleone has not yet given the documents to URA but claims they are at his home.
When asked why he clashed with URA officials, Chameleone claimed it was a stunt to get away.
Chameleone says he was in a rush to perform for Kabaka so the only way to ditch the URA officials was to create a scene just like he did.
“I had less than 10 minutes to perform for Kabaka but they were not letting me go, so I had to create a scene. That is what you saw. It was a stunt. I knew I would solve it after,” he said.
He also apologised for his behaviour towards the authorities.
