On Monday last week, Herbert Luyinda the dad to late Ivan Semwanga landed in South Africa. He is in SA to secure the ownership of Ivan’s property.
This came after news landed into the ears of Ivan’s family that Zari, the mother of Ivan’s kids was allegedly selling and giving out property that belonged to Ivan.
Exclusive information we have landed on is that Herbert is stranded In SA and he doesn’t know where to begin from. What he found in SA is not what he expected.
Reliable sources in SA have revealed to us that Herbert was told that no family member is allowed to access the documents that contain the details of late Ivan property.
He was more informed that SA authorities don’t know anyone called Ivan Semwanga. By the time of Ivan’s death, he had changed his names from Ivan Semwanga to Ali Ssenyomo. Herbert later found out that most of the property that Ivan had acquired was in the names of Ali Ssennyomo so there is no way the family can claim his property before they prove to SA authorities that Ali is actually Ivan.
It is alleged that Zari will end up as the sole owner of late Ivan’s property. In a local newspaper this week, Zari was quoted saying, Hebert should go slowly on Ivan’s property as she is only who can handle all the issues involved.
‘’ Those people should be slow. I am confident no one can win me if I started up a fight. Ivan’s property was registered in Ali’s names. Ali left all the property in the kid’s names. If it means taking the Kid’s for DNA to save their property, I will do that,” She ranted.
It is alleged that Ivan was forced to change his names to Ali Ssennyomo after committing crimes in South Africa. It is also rumored that Zari also changed her names to be able to live with Ivan in SA.
