Chief spy master General David Sejusa alias Tinyefuza has this afternoon been denied bail and remanded back to Luzira until March 11.

According to reports, Court martial fears the renegade general may interfere with investigations or flee the country.

Court also maintains that given his rank, at least one of his sureties should have been a 'General' in the army.

Meanwhile, his Lawyer David Mushabe says Sejusa has all along been detained at Makindye army barracks, not Luzira where he was remanded.

He claims the world was made to believe his client had been taken to Luzira, yet he was kept at the barracks.

He had been appeared before the court chaired by Maj. Gen. Levi Karuhanga. He is accused of participating in political party activities, insubordinate behavior as well as conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline contrary to the military law.
