Three people are dead following a head on collision between two boda boda riders along Kilembe Road in Base Camp Ward, Kasese Municipality on Sunday.
The riders are said to have been recklessly riding when they hit each other dying on spot, and killing one passenger.
They have been identified as Sulaiman Mujungu and Patrice Mumbere, both Boda boda riders in Kasese town while the passenger is Brian Masereka, a student at International Widow Secondary School in Mbarara District.
According to James Mwiruwabo the Kasese Municipal HC III in charge, the men were first confirmed dead by Kilembe Mines Hospital before conveying their bodies to the facility for postmortem.
Mujungu had reportedly borrowed the motorcycle from a friend after his developed some mechanical issues.
The bodies have been handed over to the families for burial.
