Uganda is currently one of the countries that need to introduce anger management and counseling classes for parents to help them bring their children up well.

Over the years, parents have killed their own children for very trivial matters including missing school, losing coins or stealing money, or even suspecting that they may not be their children.

As we report, Police in Pader have in custody a father accused of assaulting his son to death for refusing to attend school.

Denis Omony, a resident of Omaki Gira Village in Ogom Sub County in Pader district reportedly hit his 7-year-old son, Richard Odokonyero, a primary one pupil at Pader Ogom Primary School in Pader with a stick on the head killing him instantly on Wednesday afternoon.

The killer dad allegedly accused the minor of refusing to put on his school uniform and report to school. According to Patrick Jimmy Okema, the Aswa River Police Spokesperson, Omony will be charged with murder.
