We have received reports from police sources that three people have so far been arrested in connection to the murder of late Andrew Felix Kaweesi. Kaweesi was shot at around 9:30 am after leaving his residence in Kulambiro, a Kampala suburb.
Now the latest we have so far got is that two people in the photos below are suspected to be the murderers.
We have talked to some of the placed sources in Police and they have confirmed the arrest indicating that the people above are HIGHLY SUSPECTED to be the ones.
Meanwhile, earlier today Inspector General of Police General Edward Kale Kayihura at the late Andrew Felix Kaweesi burial at his ancestral home in Lwengo district told mourners that very important arrests were made in the day.
“We have already arrested some suspects connected to the murder of Kaweesi. Even as I was sitting here this morning one of them was arrested while trying to run to Congo (DRC). And we are working together as security agencies are not sleeping.” IGP Kayihura assured the mourners at the funeral in Lwengo.
