Mr Frank Baine the Uganda Prison spokesperson, confirmed the development Friday saying the deceased who is the resident of Kyabalongira village, Kyabalongira Sub county in Kasese District fell sick for about a week before he died on Thursday at Jinja Region Referral Hospital where he was admitted for treatment.
