Dancehall singer Grenade Official has spoken out on claims by a songwriter named Dr. Brain that he refused to pay for the song "Babandana" that he wrote.
Dr. Brain, a singer, and songwriter made the allegations in an interview with Galaxy FM’s Mr. Henrie.
Grenade, however, says he isn’t aware of the balance Dr. Brain is demanding.
“Dr. Brain was dealing with my manager at the time. Dr. Brain is my friend. How could I not pay him? For all the times we have been working, I usually give him cash. I’m surprised that he wasn’t paid,” says Grenade Official.
He says he is willing to pay Dr. Brain the money if he was not cleared by his former manager.
