Musician King Saha is determined to swear himself in as the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) President.

He claims he has goals to accomplish and cannot wait for the Ministry of Gender, Labour, and Social Development,  Uganda National Cultural Forum (UNCC), and the “policy board” to decide the voting date.

Last month, the elections were called off till further notice after some members questioned how members of the association from other regions would vote for their candidates if not offered transport to travel to Kampala.

But King Saha who spearheaded the move says he is tired of waiting.

“I am going to announce the day I will be swearing in. I am the president-elect. I have no more time to waste,” King Saha claims.

It should be noted that King Saha is running against Cindy Sanyu for the UMA presidency.
