Veteran singer Eddy Yawe has over the past couple of days been in the news for allegedly taking down a song he did with Martha Mukisa titled 'Neteze".

The song was removed from YouTube on his orders, sparking off an exchange of words between the two musicians.

Many had suggested that it was because he needed the song to be on his channel so he could earn some cash.

Eddy Yawe has, however, denied the claims saying that he doesn’t mind YouTube.

“Those things are being propagated by her management perhaps to promote the artiste. Some people do things to promote their singers. I have never earned a coin from YouTube, but I am okay,” Eddy Yaawe said.

He maintained that his relationship with Martha Mukisa is still healthy despite disagreements that happened a few weeks ago.
