In the life of any successful artists there must be that innovator and creativity individuals that manage their art into stardom. Mostly many of our artiste in recent days received acknowledge from their various fans but most people have forget that there are some individuals that put their brains in place for the success of these music stars.

Manager and artists are like a marriage, while manager are those people that usually put everything in place for musicians in other to put their talent and creativity to work. Today, we shall share a list of the most influential talent managers.

5.Shadrak Kutesa

He is has been around for a decade and he recently gave his life to Jesus and no longer so active in mainstream music. He began out as a tattooist before taking up musical management career. He managed people like GNl, Keko, and Atlas. His his love has always been with Hip pop fraternity. Shadrak is a concept developer.

4.Julius Kyazze

He is a humble gentleman and is the head of Swangz Avenue who doubles as the boss to Buzz group Africa which is a leading producer of buzz teens magazine that we all might have read during the school days especially for people who attended high school in 2000s.Julius portrays a very polite lifestyle that most times he goes unnoticed. He is the brain behind Miss Teens and buzz leavers rock. Julius manages Winnie Nwagi, Former alley Irene Ntale and all the artistes affiliated to the label.

3.Emma Carlos

Emma Carlos might not be a popular but he deserves recognition and respect for his efforts. Emma Carlos has been around close to two decades and started out with a marketing guru at defunct Pam awards. He later started managing girl groups like Viva stars, Wafagio and Twinkles models. In 2008, he introduced Dancehall artiste Coco finger who everyone never knew of and the two worked until 2011 when they fell out. He picked Kalifa Aganaga and the two are still together to date. Emma Carlos is a teacher by profession and majored in Economics and History and I guess it's these skills that have pushed his career guidance to what it is now.

2.Innocent Nahabwe

Most people think when we talk of talent managers the focus should only be thrown to music managers. Well, this gentleman in his late 30's receives a rank on the list of top managers in this beautiful nation. Innocent Nahabwe is a Veterinary doctor by profession but since his high school days his love for entertainment was not questionable. Innocent happens to be the CEO of loudest music station Galaxy Fm and club Amnesia.

He has nurtured fresh people and turns them into stars. When Galaxy Fm opened four years ago, most people thought it couldn’t see its second anniversary.

 He didn't go into market scouting for already "made" stars but rather looked out for fresh people most probably those that had never sat behind a microphone and made them stars of today. People who began the journey include; Dolibondo, Authur the Vaccine,Kotilda,Haffy Powers,Prim Assimwe,LitoJo,Anel and Kyeyune Steven the gentleman that does the Lugandanews. .

Four years later, it's ranked as the biggest youth radio station across the country. He holds power in finding, growing and maintaining talent

1.Jeff Kiwa

Jeff Kiwanuka commonly known as Jeff Kiwa is of the most gifted talent manager Uganda has ever had. He is not just your usual kind of manager but an incredible talent holder. Jeff handles the financial, brand and product management of any musical artiste that's has gone through his leadership. In the early 2000 he was a regular guy dealing in phone repair on William Street before taking up Jose Chameleone's career but they fell out with in 2008 and as he exited Leon Island Jeff carried Radio and Weasel with him. His touch on the dynamic from Nakudata, Nyambura, Talk and Talk, Tonjagala, Obudde and Obudde set a whole new level for the duo's position in the music industry. During his leadership the Goodlyfe received international recognition. They are the first Ugandan artistes to ever be nominated for BET awards in America.

However, Jeff and the boys had issues which yielded a break up in 2014 which saw he take up Sheeba Karungi and as of now she is the most outstanding female musician for the last 3 years and counting. Earlier this year she held a successful concert at hotel African and also received a nomination in the MAMAs (MTV Africa Music Awards) for best video act .He holds the power to ignite a raw talent and make it blossoming
