Over the years Uganda music industry has grown tremendously. Many good artistes have come up but along the line many of these artiste couldn’t go along with the new path the industry has taken, and so has fallen behind, some great artiste when we still hear their song we remember the Good old days!! So today we will be taking a look at “Top 10 popular that has been forgotten”?

Zigg Dee

Singer Adam Mutyaba commonly known by his stage name Ziggy Dee broke to fame in 2004 with popular song ‘Eno Mics‘ that received massive airplay in East Africa. It was a regular chat topper on Channel five Television.
However, he disappeared from the music after he failed to come up with other creative songs. He tried to do a comeback with Gospel music but his song was not even played on five Radio stations.
Ziggy Dee spends most of his time smoking his pipe in the suburbs of Bunga and he is a popular figure at the area market.

GNL

Earnest Zamba a.k.a GNL made every youth think they could actually rap to any beat.GNL came to limelight in 2008 with songs like ‘Koi Koi’,’Luka’ among others. He ruled the game for about 5 years but later went silent like he never existed. We last heard him on ‘Mama’ song and may be Maro's ‘Kyokoba’ remix before he went to the States.GNL is married to a zungu babe and they are currently staying in California. He is currently trying to penetrate the Hollywood industry.

Gift Of Kado

Traffic man officer star, Gift Of Kado feasted on all the female species after becoming a celeb with his club banger in 2009.He was young, fresh and mostly mistaken for being Radio's kid brother. He had a quality sense of fashion and of course his killer looks left girls melting. After falling out with Goodlyfe, he teamed up with Late Mr Ex but death whisked him away before they could witness their fast concert.
You remember the Chinese babe in ‘Nakudata’ video by Radio and weasel, that chic is currently the wife of Gift of Kado

Captain Dollar

He is popularly known for having recorded one of the most vulgar songs in Uganda’s music industry. Guess y'all remember the ‘Emesse’ song that became an anthem around 2013 because of its sexual lyrics that made the song popular.
At that time Captain Dollar had just completed senior six and was enjoying vacation. He bonked girls and also was able to Purchase a DMc RAV4 but the last time we bumped into him he was doing praising songs at the Pastor Kayanja 77Dogs project. Captain Dollar got saved after failing to make it musically.

Young Mullo

I first watched a Yung Mullo performance at the Konshens show at Kyadondo rugby club in 2013 and the he left the crowd screaming just before Jose Chameleon got on stage.Yung Mullo who was a known phone thief became a major Dancehall artiste and his two mega jams ‘Tabakusobola’ and ‘dem Love me’ at one time were the hottest club bangers in and around Kampala .He then started feasting on Sheila Gashumba's beans like a weavil.
If you met Young Mullo is currently grassing.

Micheal Ross

Real names Micheal Kakooza recorded one of the biggest English song in Uganda's history,’Senorita’ featuring Mr Mosh currently working at Galaxy Fm, Kasanga. At that time, everyone in high school used the song as a dedication in love letters.
Recorded around 2002, Micheal kept a steady progress with jams line ‘Yoono’ and a couple of others that failed to catch the air waves. However, this Micheal Jackson Wanna be is stack to outing more music even after realizing it has no future.

Coco Finger

He was a new breed in Dancehall music and every one of us could not resist his vibe especially the electrical energetic performances. Coco Finger released songs like ‘My Miss’,’Mukidongo’ among many others but he eventually fell off " Mabiriza Plaza" after breaking ties with Manager Emma Carlos of Twinkle Star who replaced him with Kalifa Aganaga.
Coco is still very popular in the northern Uganda where he actually hails from and we hear he does a lot of his show that side. Coco is not just forgotten but a missed call.

Bella

She was one of the first killer female emcees to reckon the industry. Her first single ‘Fasi’ record at J.O.B records is still a ringer in many people's heads even up to now .The skinny singer died a natural death and no one knows her whereabouts.

You can as well add on this list.... who did we miss?
