South African based Ugandan and self-proclaimed ‘tycoon’ Shaffic Katumba well known as Katsha is rumoured to be in jail after he was recently arrested over fraud.
Katsha who is known for his fleet of cars including Hummers, a gold-coated Lamborghini and a Bentley is accused of defrauding the government through a scam procurement deal.
According to sources in SA who preferred anonymity says, besides doing witchcraft, Katsha boost as an investor. It is said he gets tenders from different village areas from different provinces does shadow works, abandons the work and later runs away from his locality after pocketing a given portion of the money.
With this kind of conning, South African police was notified of the notorious Ugandan business man, Shaffic Katumba aka Katsha De Bank who was becoming a problem in many development projects in South African schools. It is from this hunt that he was finally arrested.
