Clearly, some prayers land in the wrong hands -- Anne Kansiime. Especially when she and her friend pray to God for what they want in life and the friend asks for children ... only to visit Anne the next day with a brand new car while singing 'Praise God, Praise God'.

That's not what she asked God for. Anne knows God is so organized he will never confuse baby noises with a car engine sounds. So, technically, the car doesn't belong to her friend because she prayed to be blessed with a baby. The fact probably is that God sent Anne's friend to bring the car to her.
