Comedian Reign, of the famous duo Maulana and Reign, graduated from St. Lawrence University on Thursday.
Reign graduated with a Diploma in Education and took to social media to express his happiness and excitement about his graduation.
"It was so hard, but we did it. I am so happy to be part of the 14th Graduation celebration of St. Lawrence University," he wrote on his Facebook page.
Various individuals, including leaders in his party, the National Unity Platform, congratulated him on this milestone.
"Congrats to my friend and talented artist, Lubega Obeid, also known as REIGN 🎉🎉 It's such a remarkable accomplishment to complete a diploma in Education studies at St. Lawrence University (Uganda), and I can't wait to see where your journey takes you next. Keep shining bright, my friend!" wrote Zaake Francis, the head of the youth in NUP, on his Facebook.
There are allegations that Reign returned to school as he prepares to contest parliamentary elections in 2026.
