The law reads:
A person who produces or participates in the production of, or traffics in, publishes, broadcasts, procures, imports, exports or in any way abets pornography contrary to sub section 1 commits an offence and is liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five hundred currency points or imprisonment not exceeding ten years or both”.

Justine who was nabbed along with her video producer Phily Mutumba for indulging in pornographic business. Ssenga Nantume who she has also been organizing shows around the city teaching sex education.
On being set free, Justine said:
I didn’t know doing the work of Ssenga was a crime. I have been doing this job for years now; this sex education is for mature people and there is no crime in that if am helping families who find difficulties in their sex lives. And more to that the tapes they confiscated were produced in 2011 before this bill was incanted.
However, Justine Nantume looked calm and hilarious as usual as she cracked jokes with the police guys.
I spent the whole night teaching my fellow inmates how they are supposed to wash their private parts, how to have sweet sex and trust me they are good listeners, and they just wanted me to stay with them for more sex lessons. Justine Joking with Police officers
