Music promoter Abtex Musinguzi commonly known as Abtex has been arrested by the police after 10 revelers lost their lives due to a stampede at a show he had organized at Freedom City at the end of the year.
The emcee told revelers to step out of the hall and head to the parking to watch the fireworks.
In a rush, over 1,000 revellers tried to make their way through a small door since others had been closed.
The police is looking for all the other organizers and other managers for the same concert to answer some questions regarding the fateful day.
