After numerous performances in Uganda, Cindy was booked to perform in Dubai with musician Mudra at Strand Hotel, Alaine, and Legends Bar.
Cindy performed at the two venues but snubbed Legends Bar because the promoter failed to clear her balance.
After long negotiations, Cindy still failed to agree with the promoter only known as Kats.
She closed herself in the room, she did not step on stage but Mudra performed at all the three shows.
Cindy Sanyu is expected to return to Uganda this week.
