Ex-convict Bad Black has been summoned by Jinja Road Police to appear before its officials on the 07th of January this year over charges of obtaining money by pretense.
It is alleged Bad Black conned one Sharifa over 7million Uganda shillings promising to sponsor her flight and stay in London.
She has, however, not fulfilled the agreement even after endless reminders.
Alternative sources allege Bad Black has over 15 cases to answer relating to fraud.
