Musician turned politician Regga Dee has castigated the leadership of the newly formed Uganda Hitmakers Association.
Ragga Dee believes the top leadership of the organization is inspired by greed.
Chameleone and the other founding members believe they are gaining nothing from Uganda Musician' Association (UMA).
He explained that the group thinks going against UMA will earn them lots of cash.
"It's s just a group of greedy people. They are looking for somewhere to get money since they believe UMA is not giving them cash,"
he said in an interview with local television.
Many music analysts believe this association has been started to counter the Uganda Musicians Association which Chameleone claims lost control of a few years ago.
