Musicians are warming up for the new leadership of the Uganda Musicians' Association(UMA).
Many of them have already shown interest in heading the association including faded musician Khalifa Aganaga.
In an interview with local television, he alleged that the past leadership embezzled funds meant for all musicians.
He said such people can never be trusted with offices and that he is the right person to take over cause he can access all offices in the country.
"The past leaders embezzled our funds and nothing was do to such crooks, I am coming to represent all the musicians and if I fail to take over the office, the choice I will have is to quit the association," he partly said.
