Musician Eddy Kenzo is on the receiving end of criticism after he announced on Facebook that he had flown out of the country.
He shared a pictured and captioned it, “Kanveko wano Togo, loosely translated as off to Togo but I’ll be back.
His fans and followers were not impressed by his travel.
One said, “People are closing their airports and you you're going there after-words you start crying you want to come back.”
Another warned him not to cry on social media if he is trapped due to COVID-19.
Kenzo was previously stranded in Ivory Coast during the peak time of the pandemic. He pleaded to be back home.
And in July this year, Kenzo returned home alongside other Ugandans who had been stranded in different parts of West Africa as a result of the coronavirus pandemic restrictions.
