Popular blogger Ashburg Katto has been arrested and is currently detained at Katwe police station over accusations of defaming socialite Bryan White through social media especially on his Ghetto channel.
Ashburg Kato has often branded Bryan White as a drug dealer.
According to Bryan White, he wants Ashburg Katto to produce evidence to prove his allegations.
Unconfirmed reports say that he will appear in court today where a judgement will be made.
According to Section 180 (1) of the Penal Code Act, a defamatory matter is one “… likely to injure the reputation of any person by exposing that person to hatred, contempt or ridicule or likely to damage any person in his or her profession by an injury to his or her reputation”.
