Dancehall artiste 'Young Mulo' was last Sunday arrested for smoking weed in public. According to reports from Bigeye, the "Tebatusobola" singer tried to bribe the police with 10,000 UGX but the offer was turned down.
He's reported to have gave an excuse that according to an eye witness, made the police burst into laughter and let the poor Mulo free.

It's a custom for 80% of Ugandan musicians, I don't why the police found that funny... at all.
Yung Mulo got lucky but he drug addiction might see him in cuffs anytime soon ...
